Infrastructure architect - my client is looking for an Infrastructure architect to work in Helsinki on a data centre migration project which should go on until the end of the year.The ideal Infrastructure architect should be able to Define the data centre migration strategy for a large number of business apps based on the above technologies. Produce high level designs and assist with low level designs to align with the migration strategy and technology roadmap. Manage relationships, present solutions and socialise designs with key stakeholders Define the target architecture to meet performance and capacity requirements, backup and archival requirements for highly critical business apps (eg SAP) Key technologies for this role are Cisco blades EMC VMAX storage VMware DB2 Oracle SQL Suse Linux and Windows P2V assessment and migration tools - Platespin, VMware Capacity Planner
