Job Title: Mobile Device Support Technician

Location: Charleston SC

Duration: 4months +

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality assurance for iPad deployment
  • Push applications using Lightspeed MDM and Apple Configurator
  • Push application updates.
  • Serve as Tier 1 support for iPad issues
  • Learn and apply CCSD's Direct Service account for repair of iOS/Mac devices.
  • Assist with training for Help Desk and Field Techs on iOS devices and Macs.
  • Research web filters with Proxy Server capability for iPad take home models.
  • Review completed work orders in HEAT system to look for trends, accurate responses, and shared learning opportunities
  • Assist with the resolution of iPad problems.
  • Assist with Reflector issues
