Job Title: Mobile Device Support Technician
Location: Charleston SC
Duration: 4months +
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality assurance for iPad deployment
- Push applications using Lightspeed MDM and Apple Configurator
- Push application updates.
- Serve as Tier 1 support for iPad issues
- Learn and apply CCSD's Direct Service account for repair of iOS/Mac devices.
- Assist with training for Help Desk and Field Techs on iOS devices and Macs.
- Research web filters with Proxy Server capability for iPad take home models.
- Review completed work orders in HEAT system to look for trends, accurate responses, and shared learning opportunities
- Assist with the resolution of iPad problems.
- Assist with Reflector issues
