Virtualization R+D Consultant - NFV, SDN, Reliability, Availability, Serviceability, RAS, Architect
RIZE's client is a market leading Telecommunications Organisation with responsible for Global projects. They are looking for a profile who will play an important role in the research and development of new RAS(Reliability,Availability,Serviceability) technologies, solutions and prototypes for the NFV (Network Function Virtualization) and SDN (Software Defined Networking) networks for next generation networks.
Responsibilities:
- Research new RAS(Reliability,Availability,Serviceability) technologies and solutions for meeting the requirements and challenges in NFV and SDN field.
- Design competitive RAS architecture and RAS features for NFV/SDN systems.
- Responsible for idea initiation, prototype design and verification of RAS architecture and features for NFV/SDN systems
- Involved in advanced technologies research, industry benchmarking and customer analysis.
Our Requirements & Qualifications:
- Master or higher degree (preferred) in Computer Science or Telecommunications, or mathematics
- More than 10 years IT or CT industry R&D experience;
- Rich knowledge and rich hands-on experience of virtualization systems developing;
- Rich experience in IP/routing protocol, such as BGP, OSPF, IS-IS and TCP/IP, will be preferred.
- Rich experience on Linux/C/Java will be preferred;
- Hands-on experience on HA (High availability)/FT (Fault Tolerance) of distributed system is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
