Our Leading International Semiconductor Partner is looking for a Semiconductor Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for daily management of the local project team, the project deliverables and the design partners in a multi-site environment.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• R&D Project Leadership of Audio IP- and Subsystems for Automotive Market.
• Leads IP team responsible for Analog and Digital IP-/Subsystem deliverables into several CAR Entertainment projects and into CAR support activities.
• Effective Design Partner and Supplier relations, including Communication and Delivery of service.
• Manage/Drive subsystem projects from initial concept to specification through to design and test.
• Fully integrated Project plans, in full alignment with the project team, design partners and integration project
• Achieve project goals, by effectively applying necessary expertise/resources.
• Balancing cost, schedule, quality while meeting project requirements.
• Provide the stakeholders with regular project performance status, variances to plan and identification of corrective action(s).
• Co-ordinate between neighbouring sub-projects, design partners and the integration projects, maximising the synergy and resolving resource conflicts.
• Contribute to time to market and team improvement activities within the team.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Background in Semiconductor and/or Electronic design industry, preferably in RFCMOS SoC design, Embedded Software design, Innovation and/or Product Development projects
• Experience in managing Semiconductor R&D projects and Multi-site- and Multi-cultural project teams
• University degree in electrical engineering or similar technical studies
• Ideally PMP/PMI certification or other adequate project management qualification
• Excellent organisational and communication skills (Internal-, External Interfaces)
