Description
The Voice & Data Technical Support position is to provide technical assistance across a wide range of work packages that comprise the Voice Infrastructure Migration & Data Network Upgrade Project.
Job Description
- Provide technical knowledge in utilising Cisco technology and other vendor solutions in the following areas;
- LAN/WAN network design, configuration and implementation
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) ver 8.x and 9.x
- Voice gateway, Analogue gateway and Gatekeeper solutions
- VoIP, video and voice mail technology solutions
- Voice and Data network management solutions
• Demonstrated experience in planning, designing, implementing, troubleshooting and supporting complex mission-critical local area networks (LANs),wide area networks (WANs) and Voice over IP (VoIP) network.
• Required to have the following current Certifications -
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice (CCNA-Voice)
