Our client, a large Financial Services company with operations in London, requires a contract Fraud Manager for an initial 6 months. This role is to address and manage fraud loss projections, obtaining Fraud Liability Acceptance and use this information to assist in the design of solutions delivered through change programmes. The selected candidate will be acting as a Manager, with the ability to influence and provide input into the development of Fraud strategy, policies, operating models and business plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders, have a background within the financial services sector, and a firm understanding of industry standard project management methodologies. An understanding and/or experience of Fraud Operations is essential for this role and candidates must have lead teams in a similar capacity. Any knowledge or experience of Mobile Payments would be beneficial.
