Description
My Client is one of the largest Pharmaceutical Manufacturers worldwide. With around 20´000 employees he is expanding and currently seeking a Material / Product Specialist on a fixed contract basis (freelancer) in the area Medical Devices.Requirements:
- Looking for the Materials specialist/ material coordinator/ material controller to have a good understanding of materials management within the steel, metal and titan industry
- Medical device and/or pharmaceutical experience are preferred
- Able to write an engineering study in German
- The role requires the successful candidate to be responsible for the timely completion of Materials activities in accordance with the work load allocated.
- Scheduling raw materials to support pilot and production requirements.
- Work very closely with Manufacturing Operations and other departments concerning materials management and delivery performance.
Profile:
- Fluent in German (Spoken and Written), English NTH
- Ideal candidate will possess three years experience in a materials function, preferably in medical device or pharma, but not necessarily
- A minimum 3 years of practice with Material like metal, steel, titan etc.
- For this role you bring preferred a minimum 2.1 degree in engineering subjects (mechanical, chemical, biochemical engineering) or science subjects (physic, chemistry, biology, biochemistry)
- Keeping up to date with technological and legal developments.
- Candidate must be a team player, having good communication, organization and interpersonal skills, as well as very good computer and analytical skills
Duration: 28.04.2014 - 5 Months
