My client is one of the leading companies within the medical devices industry.Currently they are looking for a senior development engineer for a long term project in Switzerland.
Start: May/June 2014
Duration: December 2015
Location: Switzerland
Travel: Commitment 5%
Requirements:
- Strong experience with new product development, design controls and FDA Quality System Regulation
- 3-5 years experience within medical devices industry (orthopaedics preferred)
- Engineering degree
- German and English
Task (not limited to):
- Responsible for the development, design and processing of implants and instruments
- Participating root cause analysis (Problem solving)
- Stress analysis on new or existing designs
- Generating or update design assurance documentation
- Identifying all tasks required to complete project assignments according to Design Control and other applicable procedures
