SENIOR QUANTITATIVE DEVELOPER - BANKING - ZURICHThe EMPLOYER
Our client is a large bank having long-life and stable results.
In order to reinforce their Technical and Quant team, they are looking for a Senior Quant Developer.
The ROLE
The purpose of your role will be to provide a technical expertise/quantitative approach within the investment management process. You will be mainly in charge of:
- Maintain the platform used by the company: innovation, capabilities extension, new functions development, testing, etc.
- Development of pricing tools for derivatives
- Development of trade Supportive Tools
- Optimization of processes and Project management
- Integration of pricing models in Front Arena
- Ad hoc support (internal/external clients need)
The requested PROFILE
- Master's Degree (Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, Computer science or equivalent) + min. 7 years of relevant experience
- Programming skills, several years of experience in Front Arena and in-depth knowledge of Python
- Experience with database programming (MS SQL) and RiskMetrics (it is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of financial products and derivatives is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office (in depth Excel/VBA)
- Team player, flexible, loyal and stable
- German (ideally fluent) and English (fluent)
