Real Staffing Group is an International Staffing firm which specializes in recruiting Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Medical Device professionals. We are currently expanding both our San Francisco and San Diego offices. You will work in a full circle recruitment role where you will generate leads and source candidates. This role is a telephone sales role where you will spend 70% of your time making outbound calls to generate new business so it is essential that you can demonstrate you are tenacious and resilient.Our business has been built entirely from within so if you join us and excel, you will be given masses of opportunity to help us with our expansion plans across the US. We offer an uncapped commission scheme and our average first year will earn in the region of $80k - $100k. Our top Rookie last year earned $175k, having joined us straight out of school. We also offer sales incentives such as company vacation trips to Bahamas, Miami, skiing and Vegas to reward our top performers.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate they are hardworking and that they have worked diligently throughout school. We like to hire entrepreneurial, ambitious graduates and give them the infrastructure, training and support to flourish. We are a target driven business so you should be able to demonstrate that you are able to break down goals into daily/weekly activities.
