Meditech Sr. analystThe Meditech analyst will act as a resource for implementation, training, testing, and support of assigned computer applications. Past experience with Meditech applications is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive knowledge of and hands on experience in build, implementation and support of Meditech
- Act as first level of support and triages system problems
- Perform daily monitoring of applicable data courier interfaces and escalate errors or warnings to team lead
- Coordinate with other teams to provision end users in Meditech
- Assist in the upgrade of applicable software or enhancement to existing workflows
- Implement changes using documented procedures that are compliant with hospital and departmental policies and procedures
- Provide ongoing troubleshooting, support, and maintenance of applications
Skills & Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of system security authentication and authorization techniques
- Ability to diagnose and resolve routine technology problems
- Willingness to learn and work with new technology and processes
- Experience in Meditech analysis
