Cerner analystsThe Cerner system analysts will be responsible for the entire implementation process. This position provides support, build and implementation of Cerner applications. Past experience with Cerner applications is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive knowledge of and hands on experience in build, implementation and support of Cerner
- Act as first level of support and triages system problems
- Perform daily monitoring of applicable data courier interfaces and escalate errors or warnings to team lead
- Coordinate with other teams to provision end users in Cerner
- Assist in the upgrade of applicable software or enhancement to existing workflows
- Implement changes using documented procedures that are compliant with hospital and departmental policies and procedures
- Provide ongoing troubleshooting, support, and maintenance of applications
Skills & Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge on system security authentication and authorization techniques
- Ability to diagnose and resolve routine technology problems
- Willingness to learn and work with new technology and processes
- Experience in Cerner
