Responsibilities include the ability to understand complex capital market related problems and team with relevant SME's to negotiate and deliver practical solutions across organizational boundaries. The ideal candidate will have experience working on large cross organizational capital markets programs/projects, strong understanding of capital markets trade lifecycle, presenting to senior audiences, working across various teams to build consensus, ability to raise and articulate/communicate key program risks and issues (even when it may be a difficult or contentious subject across team members), and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment with aggressive timelines and targets.

In order to be required for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in program / project management within a capital markets institution or management consulting firm
- Proven track record in change management, experience leading large cross organizational teams, excellent communication and listening skills (both written and verbal), strong understanding of front-to-back capital markets processes and touch-points, and strong conflict resolution experience.
- Strong understanding of FATCA, or related tax reporting initiatives
- Strong front-to-back knowledge of capital markets
- The candidate should have a thorough working knowledge of project methodology lifecycle (SDLC)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions with senior audiences
- Ability to lead execution planning sessions with Technology and Business
