Description
Summary:Responsible for providing clinical support throughout the pre-sales and post-sales phase across RMS product lines. Ensure installed monitors are utilized appropriately.
Key Features:
-Provide product education with particular emphasis on pre-sale demonstrations and post-sale installation education across product portfolio
-Work in collaboration with the Regional CAS and CAM to prioritize projects to assist in meeting regional and zone objectives
-Conduct basic clinical presentations, as requested, to meet regional needs
-Conduct CE presentations within installed customer base
-Conduct Train the Trainer in-service presentations with key nursing staff
-Assist CAS to monitor sensor compliance and utilization to ensure territory meets targets
-Participate in local trade shows, as requested
-Maintain active involvement in professional organization related area of licensing
-Assist local CAS in maintaing relationships within top accounts while conducting activities within these accounts
-All expense reporting and customer follow-up must be timely.
Education / Skills -
-Bachelors degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Nursing, Respiratory Therapy or equivalent from a four-year college or university
-5 Years of experience as a licensed clinician in acute care area
-Strong verbal and written communication; exceptional client interaction skills
-Strong presentation skills to include technical and clinical discussions
-Exceptional thoroughness, attention to detail, and follow-through
-High energy, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated
