Description
A financial firm in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago is seeking a Senior Web Developer to lead multiple efforts in a growing company's IT department. You would be responsible for, and have ownership over, multiple client-facing web portals. There are many new tools and portals the firm plans on building as their customer base expands, so the firm has an immediate need for this skilled Web Developer.Responsibilities for this position include:
- Interfacing with multiple business lines and coordinating technology efforts with senior officials within the firm
- Complete ownership over the firms multiple web portal
- Design and development of new web platforms in accordance with existing firm standards
- Eventually building out, hiring and managing the firms future Web Development team
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ Years of experience with C# and Asp.Net
- 3+ Years of experience with HTML, Javascript, CSS, XML, XLST
- Passion for web development
- Strong Communication skills
- Interest in future management responsibilities
- Previous experience in the Financial, Insurance or Health Care space.
This position could pay between $110,000 and $125,000 and include Bonus, Company contributed retirement plan, 22 personal days off, 10 paid holidays.
