Description
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- ARIES Evaluation Software - Experience and excellent working knowledge with Landmark ARIES economic evaluation software is considered a key asset for this position
- Microsoft Office Proficiency - Excellence using Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Access, Powerpoint, One Note, Word, and Outlook
- Database Skill - Demonstrated skill in working with large datasets effectively is considered a valuable asset
- Initiative - Required self-starter with an ability to perform with minimal supervision and under strict deadlines
- Communication Skills - Ability to communicate well with senior management with an ability to work effectively with other engineering staff and supporting teams like Geology, Operations, and Mineral / Surface Land
- Work Flexibility - candidate will support executive requests from both Canada and the US, through a direct-line, Operational reporting relationship in the US, and a "dotted-line" Reservoir reporting relationship to Canada.
Education and Experience:
- Engineering Degree with 5+ years of equivalent industry experience in an upstream oil and gas industry environment
