Sales and Procurement Assistant to assist in all administrative works in Sales & Procurement.

PURPOSE

1. Due to increase of tasks in Sales & Procurement

2. Official Guideline from HQ to separate Sales & Procurement dept

Job Synopsis

To assist all administrative works in Sales & Procurement

Main duties are

1. To provide quotations to customer in UK, EMEA, CIS and Korea

2. To get quotations from various vendor/suppliers in mainly UK and Korea

3. Raising invoices to customers on a monthly basis through SAP system.

4. Raising PO to suppliers in UK/Europe/Korea.

5. Handling of invoices from suppliers through SAP system

6. General admin works in Sales and Procurement dept

Technical Requirements

* Experience in IT Sales & Procurement area

* Good use of MS Office (Especially EXCEL)

* Experience in usage of SAP system

3 to 5 Essential Skills

1 Knowledge in Sales & Procurement (IT area)

2. Good communication/Negotiation Skill

3. Good Attitude and Teamwork

4. Good use of MS Office (High level)

5. Knowledge of SAP system

6. Awareness of Multi-culture

7. English speak in written and verbal - Korean speaking is highly desirable, although not essential.
