An excellent opportunity has presented itself for a Graduate Software Engineer to work on a permanent basis for one of our prestigious clients in Leeds!As a Graduate Software Engineer you will develop code in C and C++ for a range of hardware to include but not exclusively, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Embedded CE, and Microchips range of 16 and 32bit MCUs. Provide documentation to support the development of the software, including change records, design technical notes, test specifications and test results. Maintain accurate records for projects and to effectively communicate these internally and, where applicable to external stake holders.
Requirements;
-2.1 Or higher degree level (or equivalent) qualification in a relevant subject: Software Engineering; Electronics Design; or Electronics Engineering, with good A-level results.
-Experience of software design with C, C++ or C# within Windows, or C in an embedded environment such as Microchips MCU family
-Good communication skills, written and aural, are an essential for this role.
