Much of the work is on cutting edge implementations using System on Chip architectures from the leading silicon vendors. Work undertaken ranges from blue-sky research and technical feasibility studies to design, development and integration projects.

Our client works primarily in a DigitalTV/STB environment, therefore, somebody with experience in this sector is extremely desirable. However, the client would like to keep an open mind and if you have skills and strengths in a related field you are also welcome to apply.
You will participate in a number of projects that involve a mixture of hardware design/development, schematic capture/layout, validation and manufacture of products for the Digital TV and Broadcast Industry.
Experienced Software Engineer with a strong track record of application programming in an embedded background, preferably with STB Middleware experience.
C, C++ or Java in an embedded environment
Flexible, can-do approach
Knowledge and use of current tools for debugging and source control
Demonstrate methodical application of strong debugging skills
Experience of embedded linux
