Trading Platforms Engineer

My Client'sTrading Platforms team is responsible for delivering electronic trading solutions. Their Multiscale Dataflow Computing based trading platforms are used throughout the industry, including major derivatives exchanges. Trading platform engineers develop state-of-the-art connectivity and trade management products, often working directly with customers to optimize reliability and performance.
You will need strong software engineering skills, a degree or equivalent professional qualification in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.

Ideal candidates will have all of the following:
Strong Software engineering skills.
Linux software development in C.
Object-oriented programming (Java, C++, C#, etc.).
Scripting experience (Python, Ruby, shell, etc.).
A degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.

In addition, experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
TCP/IP Networking.
Experience with development and support of Electronic Trading systems.
Systems/device driver programming for Linux in C.
Digital logic design in FPGAs.
