I'm looking to fill a position as a Senior Performance Manager in a leading, tier 1 bank.Role: Senior Performance Manager
Rate: £500/day
Duration: 6 month rolling
Location: London
The successful applicant will become a member of the Digital Transformation Business Operations Team and will inherit a sophisticated database of delivery metrics and statistics - code creation, story point completion, test executions, defect volumes and resource allocation.
The applicant will be expected to use, maintain and expand this asset in order to drive strategic thinking and day to day delivery excellence.
Essential Skills:
- IT Information systems experience (IT delivery/ IT development)
- Proven reporting/MI skills
- Database/developer skill (not essential, but advantageous)
- Maths/Stats background
