Skills desired
- Java Technologies - Java, Multithreading, Servlets, JSP, EJB, JMS, Java Mail, Groovy, Mockito
- Knowledge of web architecture and design patterns
- Experience in at least one eCommerce platform (Hybris, ATG, Websphere)
- Experience in at least one framework (Hibernate, Spring, Struts)
- Relevant experience in Build Management and Development Methodologies

As the Tech Lead it is essential to have experience of the full software development life cycle, delivering web-based systems in the Java based environment.
