£40k- £45k basic + full package
A dynamic and profitable Aircraft Engine MRO provider is seeking a Customer Account Manager; to join their rapidly growing business based in the North of England.
This is a brand new role which has being created due to the recent success within the company. The business has tripled in revenue in the last 5 years and is on course to continue this growth succession! Due to the business success we are seeking someone with proven experience Customer Service Management/ Customer Support Management within Key Business Accounts.
Key Skills required:
Customer Account Management/ Customer Service Management experience
Self Motivated, dynamic and driven
Aviation: Civil/ Military background
Experience of Aircraft Engine sales, leasing, exchanges or MRO components *Ideal.
International Aerospace Aftermarket experience
Previous Man Management experience
Located or able to relocate to the North of England as this role will be based on site.
Responsibilities:
Manage contracted Customers, oversee all work-in-progress; build and consolidate strong relationships with existing and prospective Customers; ensure effective communications and Customer satisfaction and maintain profitable and productive growth inline with the Business Strategy.
