My clients a leading professional services organisation based in Canary Wharf London currently seek an experienced Instructional Designer, c.40k for an initial 6month FTC.This is an exciting time to join this international and reputable company as they invest in learning and specifically driving forward a diverse range of cutting edge-learning and blended learning solutions.
In this particular role you will play a pivotal part in a high profile project that will have international implications for the business as a whole. Working with the lead project manager and senior E-Learning professional you will take the lead in creating exciting learning material. Key deliverable will include:
-Provide instructional design/e-learning expertise - designing, developing, deploying and maintaining of virtual learning solutions
-Working with the wider L&D team to design a front end cyber Academy portal/mobile app
-Prepare business requirements, system requirements, test plans, project plans and updates on all appropriate documentations in case of a system implementation
-Offer general support to develop internal instructional tools and training
-Liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
-Strong experience working in a similar creative capacity in an Instructional Design, Learning Technologist or E-Learning role.
- Technical skills in - Centra virtual classroom, HTML 4, Camtasia, Adobe, Connect/Flash/Captivate, Dreamweaver
-Project management skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an Instructional Design capacity with various senior stakeholder.
