Description
This is a unique and rare job vacancy within a global media marketing company based in Central London.As the Senior front end web developer you would be responsible for developing high quality web and service applications as part of an Agile Scrum team. You will take an active part in application design, build, testing and release with the goals of continuous integration and continuous delivery always in mind.
You will take a very proactive role in the team both technically and in scrum behaviour. A general target for the role will be continuous improvement of skills and knowledge.
Technical requirements
Senior Front End Web Developer:
- JavaScript & AJAX skills
- UI work including design, semantic HTML mark-up, CSS, and related technologies
- Experience with responsive design
- Experience of unit testing and end to end testing such as Jasmine, Cucumber etc
- Cross-browser, cross platform [PC & Apple] and cross device web development
You could also be working on the following technologies but these are not a must
Senior Front End Web Developer:
- PHP
- CSS pre-processor (LESS or SASS)
- AMD
- Continuous Integration (Jenkins/GruntJS)
