My client, a leading Global IT organisation is looking for a Java application developer to join their highly skilled and experienced development team. The team is responsible for the development of a technology platform which provides Data Quality measurement function to the Reference Data systems for Global Markets business.

The role will give you the opportunity to indulge in Big Data solutions, Greenfield development and implement agile methodologies. You will be expected to be able to deliver highly technical solutions, by managing all phases of the software development lifecycle and be able to work collaboratively within a high performance team.

Key Requirements;

Strong Experience of Java Technologies

Experience of Scala or an aptitude to Learn.

Willingness to learn new technologies.

Big Data Solutions - Hadoop, Apcahe, Cloudera, Hadoop, KDB
