A large international Optometry Organisation with a unique, specialist and well-known product portfolio are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their Sales Force in the South EastRegional Sales Manager - Lens Portfolio (SOUTH EAST)
This is an opportunity join an established brand with a excellent proposition to market.
As a field based position, you will be responsible for maintaining growth with existing customers whilst developing new business within the independent channel.
If successful, you will have the responsibility for an established and profitable geographic location with an opportunity to grow the business.
Major Accountabilities:
- Ensuring long-term sustained growth with new and existing customers
- Assessing the customers P&L accounts and advising them of promotional activities
- Cross-selling products and passing leads to the sales team
- Taking full ownership for your geographic location and ensuring all customers are satisfied with service and product
- Continuing to promote the brand and its unique products
- Identifying competitors in the market place and ensuring a high customer retention rate
Experience required:
- Optometry experience (or qualification) and/or a strong sales background displaying key financial successes
- Understanding of the Optic market
- Commercial acumen
- Experience of driving long-term sustained growth
This position is field based and will require throughout the South East. Ideal location would be North of London

Remuneration:
- Salary between £32k-37k (negotiable for an outstanding candidate)
- Bonus up to £10k
