A major ecommerce client based in Dublin is seeking an experienced UX specialist to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.They are seeking a candidate genuinely interested in how customers think and behave and how their interactions with products can be translated into designs for development.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Excellent proven skills in user experience design
Innovation and high energy, customer centric solutions and delivering projects to specified deadlines.
Developing user profiles, user stories, task flows, prototypes, and information architectures.
Working effectively with teams prioritizing user interface issues and review the results of user research.
Open minded, resourceful, curious, Self-motivated, and flexible and the ability to learn quickly
Constructive and open style of communication.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Track record of successful user interface design work for mobile applications or web user interfaces.
Strong online or electronic portfolio which demonstrates expert-level proficiency in design for business and/or consumer audiences.
Strong creative and visual design skills are required.
Experience with HTML/CSS and Adobe Photoshop or Fireworks is a plus
