Senior Analyst/MI Analyst (SQL, Marketing)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a leading bank based in Bristol for a Senior MI/Data Analyst to work within the banks commercial banking marketing analytics team.

This Senior MI/Data Analyst will be working closely with a number of internal senior stakeholders understanding there requirements from a marketing perspective and identify and analyze business critical data to allow the business to make accurate and targeted marketing campaigns.

On a daily basis this Data Analyst will be responsible for:

· Extracting Data from the banks core data warehouse, manipulating this data to provide analysis to enhance marketing business decisions.

· Manage the delivery of internal and external BAU MI reports.

· Interpreting business performance, highlighting and influencing areas of action.

· Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

· Deliver a wide range of requests for data, acting as a SME for various business partners.

To be considered for this role you must have a strong background as a data analyst or similar role such a campaign analyst, MI reports analyst or marketing analyst. Any successful candidate must have excellent Excel skills and ideally SQL and experiencing querying larger data sets on a frequent basis.
