Role: Regulatory Compliance Audit ManagerSalary: £75,000 p/a to £85,0000 p/a + benefits + bonus

An opportunity has arisen for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist with a focus on Compliance and Conduct Risk to join a Tier 1 Bank based in London.
You will have a good understanding of the controls and the regulatory environment and come with management experience as you will be managing, developing, coaching and motivating colleagues to create high performing teams to deliver business objectives.
This role is within the Compliance Audit team where you would be providing expertise and skills specifically in regards to Compliance and Conduct Risk to the business.
You will be required to lead, manage and/or undertake a portfolio of audits which are complex in terms of scale, scope and technical specialism.
Experience in maintaining stakeholder relationships is vital to this role. This includes with being able to influence change and educate the business and provide guidance and counsel when required.

This is role is for compliance professionals currently working in business or audit. It's a great opportunity to work for a Tier 1 Bank.
If you come from an insurance background that would be an advantage however we are not looking for London Market Insurance exposure.
