If you are immediately available with a strong Acute Clinical Services Management background and looking for an interim service manager role then please read on as this is the role for you.Real Staffing are currently recruiting for an interim service manager for an Acute Trust in the South of England for a 3-6 month contract for £300-£350 per day.
The successful person will be working within the Specialist Surgery Directorate supporting the Operations Service Manager, Matron and Clinical Director achieve national and local targets across the different services provided.
They will be supporting the efficient day to day running of the service, delivering key quality performance and financial plans and achieving key service improvements.
Due to to the urgency in this role you must be immediately available, have acute operational management experience and experience analysing and interpreting data to identify and manage any variances in performance. Change management and service improvement experience would be ideal.
