I am looking for a Marketing Manager to join a top bank based in Bristol. The role will require you to come on board and help them with a new project within their business.Responsibilities-
Supporting the Senior Manager - Customer Welcome & On-boarding in working as part of the wider Brands & Marketing team to a world class customer on-boarding experience and associated customer communications.
Supporting the relationship with third party agencies and suppliers to onwardly develop and implement the marketing and customer strategy for on-boarding.
Developing and deliver marketing initiatives based on customer and market insights, considering the wider business and regulatory context.
Working closely with the Customer Insights and Customer Value Management (data) teams to maintain a comprehensive market / consumer knowledge of customer on-boarding ensure all communications are grounded in genuine customer insight and the appropriate measurement and tracking metrics are put in place.
Requirements for the role:
Marketing experience, mining insight, and understanding the financial services &/or other relevant service categories.
Experience of working in a multi-brand/multi-channel marketing department is also desirable.
Relentless focus on the customer, brand & business performance. Ability to interpret and present impact on brand metrics and service/ sales/ customer activation MI.
Analytical skills with the ability to understand complex data and the initiative to use this to drive performance improvement of programmes
Experience of understanding, analysing and leading in the improvement of the customer experience highly desirable.
A good understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks within the financial services industry would be an advantage.
A degree (or equivalent) in business management / marketing and professional qualification is highly desirable.
The right candidate will have proven experience performing these actions at a high level whilst working within a finance setting.
