Real Staffing is currently working with our client to assist them in the recruitment of an additional Risk and Change professional for their team delivering significant transformational change in their Risk function.A leading bank, this role is seen as crucial in the successful delivery of the change agenda in Risk. To be successful in this role you need to be able to offer a proven history in both strategic development of Target Operating Models, and of the operational implementation of this TOM.
It is expected that you will have significant experience in a transformational change function, and an understanding of a Risk function. Key to success in this role is excellent stakeholder engagement skills, the ability to deliver sometimes difficult messages, highly tuned analytical / numeracy skills to allow you to build business cases, as well as strong insight to allow you to quickly understand a situation and deliver results quickly.
This is a challenging role, and one that will provide both variety whilst requiring you to adapt and stretch yourself.
