Senior Applications Analyst ( Hybris, eCommerce, POS, CRM, BA, Retail ) - £60-65k+ - NW LondonA Senior Applications Analyst ( Hybris, eCommerce, POS, CRM, BA, Retail ) is required for a leading Retailer to collaborate at a senior level, and provide technical direction to their eCommerce applications. The chosen Senior Applications Analyst ( Hybris, eCommerce, POS, CRM, BA, Retail ) will understand requirements within Infrastructure, BI & eCommerce teams and ensure desired functionality to each. The Senior Applications Analyst ( Hybris, eCommerce, POS, CRM, BA, Retail ) would also liaise with the POS & CRM team to provide an integrated customer approach through their core systems.
Essential
- Recent experience as an application specialist, ideally within a Retailer or FMCG organisation.
- Experience gathering requirements directly from users around systems functionality, answering questions and to provide technical support / training.
- Able to create technical specifications in response to change requests.
- Experience configuring eCommerce systems and applications.
- Able to develop test scripts and procedures for testing applications and software releases.
