IT Procurement Administrator £150/day - LondonA great opportunity for a proactive and highly organised IT Procurement Administrator to join one of the largest banking and financial services organisations.
The successful IT Procurement Administrator will be responsible for the end-to-end Starter/Leaver IT life cycle process, provision and stock management of IT hardware and software and providing outstanding customer service to all levels of staff and business users.
Essential Skills and Requirements:
- Exceptional organisational and customer service skills
- Ability to work accurately whilst meeting tight deadlines in a changeable environment
- MS Office suite and SQL databases
- Experience of data analysis and reporting, financial budgets and asset depreciation
- Ability to work well both alone and within a team
- Proactively identify opportunities for service improvements
- Knowledge of both PC hardware and software
- Pick up new systems and processes quickly
The successful IT Procurement Administrator will have had at least 3 years' commercial experience and at least 2 years' experience in IT admin and/or asset management.
