IT - Business AnalystJob Description:
Our client, a major international bank, is currently looking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager is required to work with us on Treasury Risk Control deliverables for the implementation of the US Fed Enhanced Prudential Standards for Foreign Banks.
Specifically, we require capabilities to assist us with the articulation and documentation of the gaps to the Fed requirements, business requirements, Target Operating Model, Governance, IT and process design together with the IT team and planning and tracking our activities.
This is a fairly large and complex program with teams in different locations in different time zones (e.g. U.S.) and would require close collaboration with the SMEs in Treasury Risk Control and Treasury and other Risk Control work streams as well as IT.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
* Clear understanding of the Fed requirements in order to finalize gap analysis of current state with the requirements. Analyses have been done and could be leveraged but validation is required.
* Based on the gap analyses, analysis and documentation of the Treasury Risk Control Business Requirements.
* Documentation of the Treasury Risk Control Target Operating Model.
* Design and documentation of Treasury Risk Control processes to meet Fed requirements.
* Creation of Treasury Risk Control plan in alignment with overall Program, Risk Control and Treasury plans and tracking against it.
Requirements:
* Minimum 8 years experience in the banking / financial industry
* Knowledge of Risk Control practices e.g. Market and Issuer risks and / or Treasury activities (e.g. management of liquidity and funding risks)
* Experience on working on regulatory driven projects. Ideally, knowledge of Fed Enhanced Prudential Standards for Foreign Banks
* Self-starter / independent worker who can understand information from documents and strong interpersonal and influencing skills
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Specific experience in working with business users / subject matter experts and in working with IT project and delivery managers in the delivery of infrastructure solutions
* Fluent in written / spoken English
