Production Support AnalystOur client in Midtown Manhattan is looking for very strong Production Support Analysts to fill a full-time position. Salary can go up to 170K. Most work visas can be transferred.
Responsibilities
- Act as first level of support
- Quickly prioritize issues and either resolve or escalate accordingly
- Consistent troubleshooting and job monitoring
Requirements
- Expertise in SQL and VBA/Excel
- Several years experience in financial industry
- Very strong knowledge of UNIX
- At least 8 years of experience in Production/Application Support
- Confident abilities with Perl scripting
