Regional Programme Lead/Manager/Retail Banking
Our client is looking for a Programme Lead with a strong Retail Banking background in managing Large International multi-country IT Projects.
Skills and Experience;
1) Proven International Tier 1 Bank experience in managing banking engagement roll outs spread across multi- countries/cluster countries within a region
2) Strong program management experience in primarily technology initiatives for banking/financial institutions
3) Experience covering various country/local and centralised project/program management experience on a regional Hub Based model
4) Strong Customer Stakeholder management with excellent management reporting to senior management/country representatives/operations heads/Managing directors
5) Ability to articulate key challenges/bottlenecks in the program and aid in senior management decision making
6) Strong focus in Risk Management & Escalation Management mandatory.
7) Ensuring successful delivery of complex/mission critical engagements (Experience in Regulator mandated bank initiatives can be real advantage)
8) Experience managing triage partnerships in the program namely - Banking Operations/Technology Units/Testing Functions and singular focus on converge on business priorities for successful program launch involving various business entities/departments
9) Focussed delivery/tight PMO skills and ability to operate within approved financial budgets for large complex programs
10) Technology experience of more than 15 years with exclusive IT program experience around 8-10 years. Consulting experience can be an advantage
