Description
We are currently looking for a Contact Officer for a 12 month contract with a NSW Government department.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in a busy contact centre environment where they have had to take ownership of customer enquiries and complaints via phone and email and see them through to resolution. In this role, you will not only answer calls and emails, but also liaise and assist those investigating and resolving calls.
You should have experience answering up to 80 calls per day from easy to difficult and distressed callers. You should also have experience in the insurance industry, in particular within workers compensation.
