Projektbeschreibung/Aufgaben/Rolle:
We are looking a for a senior programme manager(m/f) / PMO to join the client´s team in London to establish standard best practices/governance relating to managing large cross-functional programmes.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement consistent project/programme management principles in a multi domain technology organisation
- Guide/support PgMs with establishing efficient programme governance
- Formulate plans to improve PM processes (planning, reporting, change management etc) and related tool changes
- Establish programme/project management community to share best practices and coach PMs/ PgMs
- Coordinate KPI reporting

Basic criteria
- 5-7 years programme/project management experience, ideally in IT, software, telecom sectors
- Ability to lead and influence without formal power in a complex cross-functional environment
- Experience in setting up PM/PgM governance/processes for a blue chip company
- Experience in adopting and implementing standard PM/PgM processes/templates to org needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; gravitas
- Proven ability to communicate and operate effectively with both senior stakeholders and technical staff
- Passion for coaching and training
Desired criteria
- Leadership capacity to evangelize and drive implementation of consistent PM/PgM methodologies in a highly complex dynamic environment
- PM/PgM certified
