Description
The need for the Business Analysts has come about due to rapid success in the firms Foreign Exchange space. This new group has already added eight Developers, 2 QAs and two Junior BAs in the last four months! This is one of the firm's top priority and high visibility projects.Responsibilities would include:
- Running meeting with senior business partners and stakeholders
- Gathering Requirements and effectively cording development efforts with IT teams.
- Writing detailed stories and acceptance criteria for Developers and QAs
- Mentoring junior BAs
Requirements for this positions call for:
- 5+ years of Business Analyst Experience
- 1+ years of experience with the Agile Methodology and Scrum Meetings
- FX experience is strongly preferred, however other financial experience will also be considered.
- Experience with Vizio, Power Point, Word, Excel, Adobe
The position could pay between $100,000 and $125,000 and include Bonus, 401K, and health benefits.
