My client in the Doncaster area is currently looking to recruit two On Site / Field Support Engineers for an initial 3 month contract.If you have the below experience and skills forward me a copy of your CV.
Responsibilities
On-site support at the Head Office in Doncaster. 3 days a week in Doncaster, 1 day a week in Leeds, 1 day on the road (flexible).
Support for all sites in surrounding areas (All Yorkshire).
Installing software/hardware/communications equipment.
Resolving support requests which they have been assigned via the service desk management software.
Logging all work performed on the service desk software.
Experience
2-3 years working in a corporate environment.
Excellent working knowledge of Windows XP/Windows 7.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office .
Skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
Can communicate with all levels of staff from , site admins to directors.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Use own initiative to resolve problems, i.e. be inquisitive.
Able to plan own work as the majority of the time the individuals will be working on their own.
Organised.
Experience of installing Cat5 cabling would be an advantage.
A full driving licence is required. Company car will be provided.
Working hours: 8:00-5:30, Mon-Fri.
The rate for this role is £12-14 per hour inclusive of agency fees.
