Description
We are currently looking for a Communications Manager around Customer Mailings for an initial 6 month contract based in Halifax, West Yorkshire.
The successful candidate will possess the following;
- Ideally previous Regulated, Retail Financial Services experience (last 3 years).
- Strong track record in Communications, ideally both Internal and Customer Communications.
- Additionally it would be beneficial to have some experience in Project Management/PMO/Business Analysis (although the requirement is for a Comms Manager not just PM/PMO/BAs) to help deliver the work against current processes and governance and to help problem/risk management.
- Strong background and experience around Direct Mail Campaigns and Customer Mailings.
- Experience ideally of working with Product Teams, Mailing experts, Copywriters, Print Suppliers and Creative Agencies (managing).
- Ability to contribute to Mailing Strategy and also be hands on times, for example helping with content.
