Forensic Response Specialist (m/f)

Description

• Conduct incident and forensic response tasks in support of IT security incidents, problems, threats and issues
• Conduct incident response and digital forensic duties as required, utilizing appropriate tools, techniques and systems
• Employ memory forensic techniques to identify unknown malware, including infection and persistence mechanisms
• Apply forensic competence in identifying, preserving and managing evidence
• Acquire relevant data, files, memory or artifacts in accordance with duties
• Conduct sophisticated analysis using data/logs from different sources and format
• Comprehensively manage cases, investigations and tasks
• Prepare incident response and forensic plans as required, including task tracking
• Accurately document and record case and actions as appropriate
• Understanding of cyber threat actor techniques, tactics, procedures
• Write, review and update policies, procedures and other documentation

• Qualified and experienced Digital Forensic professional
• Experienced witihn an incident response team (eg CERT/CSIRT/SOC)
• Forensic system triage, including "live" memory and volatile data forensics
• Hacking and compromise forensic investigation experience to determine exploit and post breach activities
• Detailed IT security technical knowledge of vulnerability and exploit methods
