Medical Staffing Officer - CornwallThis is a great opportunity for a Medical Staffing Officer to support the Medical Workforce team working within the delivery of medical staffing services across the Division.
Key Requirements:
- Experience within NHS Acute Trusts
- Knowledge of European Work Time Directive (EWTD) obligations
- Recent experience in a role which has required you to have a working knowledge of various Human Resources policies and procedures
- Experience with prioritising work tasks and working to tight deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support in relation to rota/staffing patterns to ensure effective staffing levels and ensure staff have knowledge of EWTD
- Managing complex administration processes
- Be apart of all aspects of medical staffing and after a period of training able to provide basic medical staffing advice to managers and all levels of medical staff
- Liaise with all levels of various staff conducting meetings and providing support when needed
The role is initially a 3 month contract with huge potential of extension and is paying a professional day rate of Circa £130+ DOE
