A growing Medical Device Company, based in Indianapolis, Indiana, is now hiring for a Sr. Software Test Engineer to verify and validate (V&V) software activities amongst different projects.This company is dedicated to making high-quality medical devices that integrate current software in order to increase the chances of life in its customers. The contract is 12 months in duration with the potential to hire and pays from $45 to $55 based upon your background.
During the course of the contract you will be responsible for distinct features of the software based device, writing test documents, and assisting with validation of off-the-shelf software. Truly a team effort, the projects will work closely with the design team in order define and develop tests. Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- 3 years working in Medical Device industry or regulated industry
- 3-5 years in software testing role
- Fundamental C and C++ programming skills
- 2+ LabView and TestStand experience
- Ability to Communicate ideas and information clearly, effectively, and frequently (oral and written)
- Ability to exercise judgment methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
