My client is a major EPC company leading in natural gas compression products and services - plus a premier provider of equipment solutions for petroleum production, gas processing, produced water treatment and aftermarket parts and services.- Provides adminsitrative support within the Engineering Department.
- Searches for parts in Orcale and Creates parts in Orcale using technical data supplied by engineers.
- Prepares requistions for manual valves, instrumentation, and equipment for projects. Maintains dashboard, tracking all material submitted to supply-chain.
- Prepares minutes for engineering meetings.
- knowledge of organization policies and procedures and knowledge of engineering processes, documentation requirements and customer requirements.
- Duties involving technical terminology, composing of correspondence and data packages, and documentation maintenance.
- Follows standard protocols when conducting work. Works under general supervision.
