A leading global financial firm is seeking a strong C++ developer to join their development team. Potential hires will be working on a Greenfield project to deliver a high-frequency, low-latency proprietary system. This role involves creating a new interface, working to improve the system throughout all stages of the system development life cycle, and working in cross-functional teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a brand new project and showcase your skills to upper management at a renowned firm.This is an 8-month contract, rate starts at $45/hour and varies with experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree - technical preferred
- Background working in the financial or banking industry
- Experience working on contract projects (2+ years preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with C++
- Creativity developing interfaces and assisting with system requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
