Requirements
- Hold qualifications in civil/geotechnical engineering
- Be a chartered engineer
- Have relevant professional experience in a consulting environment and in geotechnical assessments and design, particularly in commercial developments and infrastructure
- Have experience in ground improvement analysis and design
- Have proven client relationship skills
- A solid knowledge of rock and soil slope stability assessments, analysis and remedial design
- Be a capable project manager of small to large scale projects; able to drive technical solutions and operational excellence
- Have very strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional interpretative and analytical skills
- Be able to build strong trusted client relationships to grow market share
- Have the ability to lead and grow a small team of engineers and geologists
