Dreamtek are looking for a Localization coordinator to work with our client YouTube's content team in EMEA and Global YouTube education team to coordinate and execute the localization of the YouTube Certification Program to partners in Russia and manage other localization issues as they impact our Russian partners.
Perform translations from English to Russian, for messages to our partners, or check and edit translations that are generated by translation vendors.
Work closely with YouTube Training Program Lead to develop communications for partners. Finally, you will be a primary point of contact for localization issues and will help with fixes and submissions of edited translations. While your core responsibility will be focused on partner communications and localization, you may be asked from time to time to provide other support for Global Training team.
Responsibilities
. Review and correct all localized training materials for YouTube Certification Program in Russian
. Closely work with Russian subject matter experts to coordinate and update training materials.
. Conduct dry run practice sessions with regional presenters
. Manage all localized partner communications (mailings, surveys, others) working with YT education team in EMEA.
. Support YT Training team to arrange/run knowledge-transfer and training rehearsals as well as handle logistics of the onsite training events
. Do metrics analysis for the Russian event
Requirements:
. Strong communication skills, with business fluency in Russian & English (both spoken & written) is a must.
. High level computer skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint - a strong interest in the Internet and familiarity with websites, blogs and online video
. Demonstrated success in process management and organizational ability, with attention to detail and an ability to complete a large volume of work quickly and independently
. Experience in customer support or telephone sales/support, with exceptional customer focus, is a plus for this role; working experience in the Internet industry is also a plus
. Experience in reviewing and updating localized materials from English to Russian
